Hi! I would like to let you know that Patrick Baratta came highly recommended to us by one of my girlfriends. It was the best decision that we made when hiring Patrick. My house was listed with another broker for two years and it was a just an awful experience. My former agent never returned my phone calls, emails, and texts. she did not follow up with me. My mother had passed away several months ago and I was the executrix to settling her estate.
